As an recruitment and management professional with a combined 17 years of experience within the human service field. Megan started their career as a DSP and continued working within the Human Service field. Most recently Megan led the contract staffing division at large Recruitment firm prior to joining the Woods Services/ Aurora Staffing team. In Megan’s role they will be working closely with the residential providers amongst the Systems of Care. Megan will be leading a team of recruiters and credentialing staff to strategically source, recruit talent and retain staff for the Systems of Care at Woods Services.
