Interview
One of our expert recruiters will contact you directly to discuss the opportunity and learn more about your experience and career goals. If there’s a match, an offer of employment will be made on the spot and you will be given next steps regarding the onboarding process.
Onboarding
Our trained Credentialing Coordinator will reach out directly to set up a time to go through a pre-employment questionnaire and request some documentation. While waiting for your state-mandated credentials to arrive, you will be offered paid training until your job start date.

As an recruitment and management professional with a combined 17 years of experience within the human service field. Megan started their career as a DSP and continued working within the Human Service field. Most recently Megan led the contract staffing division at large Recruitment firm prior to joining the Woods Services/ Aurora Staffing team. In Megan’s role they will be working closely with the residential providers amongst the Systems of Care.
