Aurora Staffing is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, recruiting passionate and dedicated people to make the difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities throughout the Woods System of Care in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
How We’re Different
We are a personalized and specialized group dedicated to the staffing of Direct Support Professionals throughout the Woods System of Care. Each Recruiter has a geographic region they manage to give a personalized, relationship building experience to each candidate.
Our dedicated staff will assist each candidate throughout the process in the most understanding and supportive way to make sure they are prepared for each step of the hiring and onboarding process.
As a team, they will follow each candidate for 6 months, making sure they are receiving the best training, management and support possible.
